Costa Rica Cano Island Excursion

Explore pristine coral reefs in crystal-clear protected waters, where sea turtles and rays glide through nature’s untouched underwater sanctuary.

Cano Island’s Crystal Waters are a Hidden Marine Paradise

I have also designed a super fun long range day that takes us past Corcovado Park with incredible views and ocean side waterfalls on the way to Cano Island where we check into the park and snorkel with amazing big fish and turtles. On the way back from Cano we check out whales, and thousands of dolphins. Of course we bring a few rods to pull on some big tunas on the way home to make some fresh sashimi. This trip is a must do if you have the time during your vacation.

Frequently asked questions

Use this space to provide your website visitors with a brief description on what to expect before clicking on a section title.

After leaving the Golfo Dulce we head along one of the largest low lying rainforests in the world on the way to Corcovado Park with incredible coastal rock structures and waterfalls until we reach one of natures coolest little island in the Pacific. Cano Island was home to Barucan Indians. It is closed to the public, but snorkeling is amazing around the reefs that we can access during the day trip. On the way back we look for whales and dolphins and of course catch a few tuna for sushi that night!

We like to sight see along the way but it is usually about a 2 hour trip each way since we play along the way there is no rush its so beautiful, bring your cameras and a drone if you can fly it well.

Yes but this is included in the price we take care of it with the park system before the trip.

Because of the length of the trip we max out at 6 guests so everyone has seating for the ride.
