Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

  • $3700 deposit required to guarantee your reservation
  • Balance due either upon arrival or paid online at least 30 days prior to trip start
  • 13% VAT applies only to any balance paid in Costa Rica
  • Risk-free cancellation: Cancel or change your booking for free if 30+ days before trip start
  • Late cancellation: If cancelled 30 days or less before start, deposit is forfeited (can be applied to future trip)
